At Ellie Belle, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email. Simply print it out and secure it to your original packaging.
Drop Off the Package
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location. Ensure the package is scanned to activate your tracking number.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
